I do know that feeling — it’s dry here, but it sometimes gets cold enough to feel as if you’re breathing needles.
The winter ‘trick’ Colorado does sometimes is: you look out the window and it’s sunny and you think, “Ah, yeah” so you pop outside and realize it’s only 5 degrees or something.
