I have been with a narcissist woman, narcissist does have the same trades leading to sociopath and psichopath. Tell me if I had to slap the shit out of her when I saw her with a knife going for me. I didn´t even go full throtle since she is a girl, just smaked the knife out of her hand, made sure the knife was in a place secure while keeping her pinned down.
